How can I help
  • Relationship and marital problems
Whether you're struggling to find a partner or dealing with infidelity, jealousy, constant arguments, loss of intimacy, or a breakup.
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
We’ll explore how anxiety works and practice techniques that reduce its intensity — helping you regain a sense of calm and control.
  • Depression
We’ll explore what’s behind your low mood, loss of motivation, or feeling of emptiness — and find steps that help you regain energy, meaning, and connection with life.
  • Intense emotions
Dealing with anxiety, shame, guilt, envy, sadness, or any other feelings that feel overwhelming or hard to handle on your own.
  • Procrastination
We’ll uncover what’s behind it — when you keep putting things off even though it causes stress and frustration — and find practical ways to start moving forward.
  • Eating disorders
We'll explore your relationship with food and your body, and build healthier, more balanced ways to care for yourself.
  • Life transitions & crises
Breakups, relocations, loss, or other turning points — we’ll find ways to adjust and regain stability in the face of challenging circumstances.
  • Low self-esteem
We’ll work on developing a kinder relationship with yourself — learning to see your strengths and treat yourself with respect and compassion.
  • Navigating conflicts and communication difficulties
Building skills to express yourself clearly and calmly, understand others better, and handle conflicts constructively — at home or at work.
About me

I work within Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches of psychotherapy.

My core principles:

  • Genuine attention to your unique story, experiences, and meanings.
  • Focus on moving toward your goals rather than getting stuck in the past.
  • Structure and practical tools you can apply in everyday life.
  • A science-based, evidence-informed foundation for all methods I use.

I regularly participate in supervision sessions with a senior psychotherapist, where I review client cases and receive professional feedback to ensure quality and ethical practice.

I have also been in personal psychotherapy since 2020, continuously working on my own growth and self-awareness.

Much of my time is devoted to studying new concepts, theories, and techniques to deepen my competence in psychotherapy and psychological research.

Frequently Asked Questions
What therapy sessions are like?
In our sessions, I create a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly about your thoughts and feelings — without fear of judgment.

I approach your experience with empathy and genuine curiosity, while maintaining a structured and goal-oriented approach to our work.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process, focused on achieving clarity, fostering growth, and promoting meaningful change.
What will we do during therapy sessions?
During our sessions, we will:

  • Explore the thoughts, beliefs, and underlying motives that shape your emotions and behavior.
  • Identify and shift unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck.
  • Learn practical tools and techniques for managing difficult emotions and navigating challenging situations.
  • Deepen self-understanding and self-acceptance, creating a solid foundation for long-term well-being.
  • Look not only at what hurts, but also at how you see the world — your values, aspirations, and desires.
  • Practice new skills, from emotional regulation to communication, so that change becomes part of your everyday life.
What's the format?
Sessions are held online (via Google Meet) or in person in Prague (on request).
Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place once a week, although the frequency and duration can be adjusted to fit your goals and needs.
